OUR HISTORY
Atomic Numbers Bookkeeping was founded in 2021 built upon 15 plus years' experience working with nationally known CPA firms and International Non-Profit Organizations.
Our desire is to allow you to focus on what you do best; your trade, business or passion, while we do what we do best; taking care of your financial needs and ensuring the financial health of your business or organization is flourishing.
STRATEGY AND OPERATION
We want to make taking care of your financial needs as fluid as possible. This is why we employ secure methods of information exchange which is primarily contactless and digital. This is not only more efficient than traditional means of executing transactions, but also more secure. It saves time and money and also guarantees your records will not be eaten by the office dog.

At Atomic Numbers Bookkeeping, we are always researching new ways to increase productivity, security and your bottom line. We are open to new ideas and new techniques to increase efficiency and profitability.
PRICING AND PACKAGES
Hourly rates are calculated on time spent for each service or task represented in the signed Engagement Agreement between Atomic Numbers Bookkeeping and our clients.
Tailored Bookkeeping, AP/AR and Payroll Packages are available upon request.

TRAINING FOR OUR CLIENTS
At Atomic Numbers Bookkeeping, we realize part of keeping your costs down is to prepare as much of your financial information and day to day transactions in house, as time will allow. This is why we offer tutorials and assistance to allow you to choose what your business wants to keep in house and what you would rather have us tackle. Rates for assistance and tutorials are contingent on the scope of work and time involved.
